the Ordernumber is a CP 443-1, not a CPU/PLC!

For use this CP you must have a CPU S7-400 where you connect the CP, only the CP can not be used!

And this CP443-1 is an ethernet-CP, not a profibus-CP.
CP441 is a profibus-CP.

For Using CP443-5 Profibus Dp as a slave is not supported refer o the thread:

Use CP 443-5 as slave

As for CP 6GK7443-1EX30-0XE0 it is a communication processor for connecting a SIMATIC S7-400 to Industrial Ethernet networks, also as PROFINET IO controller or in SIMATIC H systems.
