HI, I'm using Step 7 V5.5 and Distributed Safety V5.4 + SP5. I've written a safety program and have downloaded it to the CPU, which is a 6ES7 318-3FL01-0AB0 V3.2.4, and it's all working fine. When I compare offline System Data with the PLC I get the following: Compare Blocks - Results (294:106) The comparison of the system data online and offline showed no differences. Caution: The offilne configuration has been changed in the meantime, but not compiled. Yet the offline configuration has not been changed! Also, if I select all blocks for the comparison, including theSystem Data, with the time stamp only option, the abovemessage is also displayed with no info about theother blocks (when all time stamps do actually match). Also, in NetPro the PLC is always shown with the orange colour, even immediately after a successful save and compile (with no errors). Using the same software and hardware, with a different project without a safety program, it all behaves as expected. Any ideas? Regards Ross Umbers Insight Engineering |

Hello Ross, Have you tried to save the project using another name. Save As and then select the option "With reorganisation slow". Perhaps it might help. Best regards, Wizard |

Hi Ross I have experienced myself strange things when using NetPro, Safety, (plus WinccFlex).Saving & Compiling in Netpro affects the Safety Hardware compilation stored on SDB. One suggestion you could try is after you are done with NetPro and Hard.Config, use the Edit Safety Program only for further compilation and download. Regards,Marciano |
