Hello, My suggestion would be checking difference in behavior of CPUs with different firmware version. As an example, check the following differences in behavior in a V6 CPU compared with a V4.5:
Consult with the Fault-Tolerant CPUs manual for changes in each newer versions. If you can not find the older manual, ask "support request" for assistance. Modify the old user program if itwill be effected by the change in firmware of new CPU.

Hello, Personally, I think it is not possible to change a CPU from V4 to a V6 equivalent in a live process. To be sure, ask from here. Prior to that read section 17.2 for possible component changes for a Fault-Tolerant system HERE during operation. I hope it helps! Hamid Hosseini |
