Marc44 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Bonjour, Je souhaiterais avoir de l'aide pour répondre à cette demande : Jesouhaite mesurer la vitesse d'une roue d'un tricycle à l'aide d'un capteur inductif. La roue solidaire d'un disque d'entraînement dans lequel trois trous sont positionnés. Lorsque la roue fait un tour, la capteur à vu trois impusions. Le diamétre de la roue est de 20cm, la vitesse du moteur est de 500tr/min. Comment réaliser un programme via le tia portal pour un API S7 1200? Je souhaite lire et convertir ces impulsions en km/h via mon IHM qui est un KP300 basic. Doit -on utiliser un compteur pour les implusions et un compteur pour les tours? Quels blocs ou mots utiliser? How can I design a program in TIA Portal, using a S7-1200? I wish to read these pulses and convert them in km/h through my HMI, which is aKP300 basic. He is one of the major references for help on the S7-1200 CPUs on the forum, and he proposed earlier a sample program that could give you pointers for your project: Sample Program: S7-1200 High Speed Counter (HSC) Once you have obtained your average value in the PLC, you only have to display it on your HMI, using an output field. First, know that Siemens provides a lot of information in manuals on its site, and in various languages. French is very well covered. For example: Simatic Step 7 v.10.5 SP2 en français. Look at chapter 6.4.6 (p. 264 et suiv.) for a description of available high-speed counters and their configuration. You can then follow Pegaias sample project with more ease. If the version of Tia Portal you have is different, here is a link to a variety of manuals covering Tia Portal, select the manual you need, and in the download page, select French from the list of available languages, at the top of the page. This should make your understanding of the Portal much easier. If you need to measure a frequency of a pulse train, the HSC counts the incoming pulses in a user defined time interval and caulculate the frequence by the equation: frequency = number of pulses / delta time.

If you need to measure a frequency of a pulse train, the HSC counts the incoming pulses in a user defined time interval and caulculate the frequence by the equation: frequency = number of pulses / delta time. All that you need to do is to configure the HSC in the device configuration and read the frequency as Dint (e.g. using address ID1000).
