connect Encoder to the input I0.0 and I0.1 as A and B of encoder

Nithyan77 Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Sir, this is my very first project using Encoders.i using TIA v11.0 and cpu 214c 2 dp/pn. here i connect the Encoder to the input I0.0 and I0.1 as A and B of encoder. how can i read the value from these encoder and is there any sample program for these kind of.. i have no idea about this> pls refer some program are documents.. Thank for your Consideration..

Thank for your Consideration.. Hi there friend, Please review what you have written - which PLC? I am sure you were talking about the CPU 314C 2DP/PN. I have not connected this PLC type to encoders, but I know there is somewhere in the FAQ or MANUALS section an article that descibes the "technology functions" of the "31x" "compact" PLC. Most of the configuration is done in the hardware configuration. Maybe see if this will help [LINK]. Regardless.. let us know which PLC you meant. Greetings. w
