Continuous system message 007 uip task - totally stuck

Hi

When i thought i got PAC3220 - PLC Modbus tcp comms sorted i am getting the message:

"system message 007 uip task"

It happened once before which i got rid by doing power cycle which now did not help after several tries. I am not able to get to the reset factory settings menu as the message keeps resetting the menu selection.

Does anybody know a way out of this mess?
