This one's easy. The 10 is ahex value, so it is 16 decimal. That converts to 16.0 real. SteveA |

Hello levisa its not a math mistake and while it is displayed in hex and 10hex equates to 16 decimal as SteveAsuggested, your count value is in fact 10 (your counter did do 10 counts).
The "problem" is thatthe value is BCD coded (the somewhat misleadingly named "DEZ" output of the counter outputs a BCD value). Isuggest you use the "DUAL" output of the counter which will have a 10 decimal in it, which you can then convert to REAL (if you want to keep the "DEZ" output valueyou will first need todo a BCD_I conversion).
