Finally I've something working:

I've created an UDT of boolean tags.

With GATHER_BLK I can transfer the UDT to an array of byte. Then with SCATTER_BLK i can move they byte array into a boolean array.

With the boolean array i can do the FOR loop bit on bit.

Consider using PEEK_BOOL and step then through all the bit information.

I will definitly consider that, I'll try to take a look and to implement it.

 Although I never understood what your problem was, I am curious about your solution, could you please share the result code with us? I am currently trying to develop a similar function and I think this might help me on my problem.
