Hello, From what you tell, I believe the following - the SCADA is always working because it uses S7 protocol and no program is required in the PLC to answer to the SCADA requests (it is handeld by the operating system of the CPU). - you have a problem in the send/receive interface, may be becauseyou did not respect some programming rules. Incorrect interlocking of send jobs can cause problems.
