CP 443-1 All LED Blinking

In the plant I am working is having S7-400H(6ES7417-4HT14-0AB0)system for conveyor applications.

Here with PLC we are having total 4 CP cards CP 443-1 (6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0).

used for communication with engineering station and server for SCADA.

with 1 nos of CPU 2 CP cards are connected.

here 1 nos of CP goes in to fault mode and all LED of it starts blinking(check attached GIF)

now if we switch off and switch on the CPU, CP will start working normally.

but again after 10-12 days problem reoccurs.

so what can we check.

Generally when any module presents all LEDs blinking status, it is a very bad sign. our first reaction is that there is a memory fault in the module, that would require repair or replacement.

However, when searching in Product Support for your CP module (6GK7443-1EX20-0XE0) there appears a suggestion for a firmware update. There is no description of your specific fault in the firmware download page, but Siemens always recommends that older modules (your CP was placed in cancellation status in 2015) be raised to the latest firmware revision to correct known problems.Please check out these documents, and see if the CPU version is included in the firmware installation guidelines:

Note that if your CPU is part of a redundant S7-400H system, then all redundant modules on the rack should have the same firmware version, so if you decide tu update one, you must update the second CP 443-1 to the same firmware version.

If this dis not possible or does not remove the error, the you should consider the CP 443-1 as defective.

Dear Sir,

In our PLC configuration we have Two redundant 417-H(6ES7 417-4HT14-0AB0/V4.5) connected to six IM153-2(6ES7 153- 2BA02-0XB0) 

Two CP443-1(6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0/V2.1) In each CPU so total 4 CPs connected to s SCADA system and an Engineering Station.

One CP443-5(6GK7 443-5DX04-0XE0/V6.4) In each CPU so total 2 CPS connected to a Y-link and from there total 5 nos of VFDs.

kindly guide me for the following points.

1) form hardware i am finding that the current version of my existing CP is V2.1, can i upgrade it directly to V2.4.1 or i need to upgrade it to any intermittent version first?

2) I need to upgrade all four CPs?

3) My SCADA is Flsmidth ECS, do i need to ask them for compatibility with their SCADA before upgrading the firmware?

4) if the firmware upgradation dose not give desirable results and i need to install new latest CP then will my old CPs are able to be upgrade to the latest CP firmware or i need to replace all four CP with the latest running modules?

5)any other PLC modules need firmware upgradation after CP firmware upgradation?

In the SCADA configuration it it showing Net Type : TCP

Here PLC is 400H redundant system V4.5.5 

total 4 CPs are communicating with PLC and SCADA only this 1 CP is sowing this error also errors goes after we power recycle the PLC and again after few days is reappears.
