CP 443-1 v2.4 problems in hardware configuration

Hi,

I guess you have a CP 443-1 EX 11, don't you.

In this case you should have, depending on the Version of STEP 7 you use, an entry in the HW Config Catalogue that represents the CP 443-1 EX 11. Below this entry you should see the various versions that are offered.
Not all of the released versions have an entry there. This is due to the fact that not all of the Versions have new features. Only versions with new features are listed.
If you have a V 2.4 you can configure at best the V 2.3, but you can also configure a V 2.0 or V 1.1.
If you have the latest version 2.6.7 of the CP 443-1 EX 11, which I recommend to use, you can only configure the V 2.5, in the latest STEP 7 V 5.3 SP 3 HF 1.
