CP343-1 fault

Hi,

We have two machines with S7300 PLC and IOs as we have to monitor the data in SCADA we installed CP343-1 lean module in machine one and its working good but when we installed and configured the module in machine 2 its showing SF and CPU stop mode. When we configure CPU and CP343-1 lean module only its working. I doubt some address issue or something attached the hardware configuration of original . Please guide me to solve this issue

Hi ,

I forgot to take the screen shot of diag but it was saying "STOP caused by parameter assignment error or unpermissible difference between preset and actual configuration: startup disabled"

and I had to setup back to the original state for customer to run the machine. After couple of days I will have to try this again

Is there something connected to the MPI interface, e.g. Panel / PG ??? 

If yes, I think your problem was the same address of CP and another device connected in MPI interface. So, change the MPI address of the CP from 3 to 5 then power off/on.

Yes There is an HMI connected to the PLC , I will try changing the MPI address and update you.

I have changed the MPI address to 10 and still same issue..I am at site now and if some one can guide me to solve this would be highly appreciated
