IYYAPPAN S Experienced Member Joined: 12/6/2006 Last visit: 7/8/2024 Posts: 92 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I am Using an CPU 414 2 DP with CP443-1 , I have connected a CPU315 2 PN with Ethernet Swithew CP443-1 is connected , I can able to ping the IP addresses from my PC . I can able to download the PLC program of CPU 315 2 PN & CPU 414 from my PC I need to transfer some datas from 315 2 PN to CP443-1, Please mail me the procedure & mail me which connection i can use in Netpro Best Regards Iyyappan S

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, if you have everything in one Project the easiest way to transfer Data is via S7-Connections. There you configure a S7-Connection in between the PLC’s and in the PLC’s themselves you use PUT / GET or BSEND / BRCV Function blocks. Best regards J_Bell

Hi Iyyappan, Because AG_SEND and AG_RECV are not available for the CPU 315 PN, you have to use S7-connections. You may use PUT/GET or BSEND/BRCV, you have to look very carefully that the blocks for the CP are comming from the Library "SIMATIC_NET_CP" and the blocks for the PN-CPU are coming from the Library "Standard Library / Communication Blocks"... !!!

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, you can NOT use AG_SEND AG_RECV with S7 Connections. You have to use: BSEND / BRECV PUT / GET USEND / URECV with S7 Connections. Please check the Manual: System Software for S7-300/400 System and Standard Functions Chapter 21 S7 Communication Best regards J_Bell
