CPU 1214C communicate with a SEL 751A Relay

Dear Shahien,

 I'm using CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC, CM 1241C (RS232) as master to communicate with a SEL 751A Relay. I want to read and write to it but my communication doesnt seem to work.
