CPU 412 - 5H went to Stop

I have redundant system, I am facing a problem with my CPUs, both of them have EXTF & REDF always lit, and also master PLC has BUS2F LED blinking. I did check the hardware diagnostic found loss of redundancy due to problem on DP slave 11(I have chacked  cables and connectors everything is fine). Extf is related to backup batteries. Also now PC station (WinCC v7.0) can not connect to PLC I guess this is coz of failure Cp443 (rack 0 slot 5). RXd led on this module only blinks
