Same Problem with CPU 1513F.

Any news? The only solution is replace the CPU?

Split from CPU S7-1513F-1PN all leds are off, ehternet non function, only display function.

Dear all,

you can try to perform a firmware update (via SIMATIC Memory Card) to "repair" the currently installed firmware. Maybe the cpu is booting afterwards.

Firmware-Update S7-1500 CPUs incl. Displays und ET 200 CPUs (ET 200SP, ET 200pro)

I have just tried the firmware update with no solution. The CPU didn't perform the firmware upadate or any command available. 

The display show the word Conneting..  seems is blocked.

The cpu is new, only after 2 days of work it is blocked. I have another 3 CPU same model and they are going well.

Since the PLC's front panel display is unable to connect to the PLC, I would say the PLC is dead.  It's only 2 days into life.  Time to contact Siemens for an RMA replacement.
