Hi, I am facing a peculiar problem. CPU 314C-2DP is going in stop mode with SF Fault (Image attached in zip file) suddenly while machine is running. While troubleshooting, I found that Position properties (Image attached in zip file) in CPU is showing error. but when I checked the Diagnostic Buffer (File attached in zip file) it shows: Event 28 of 100: Event ID 16# 4301 Mode transition from STOP to STARTUP STOP due to: Power failure Startup information: - Time for time stamp at the last backed up power on - Single processor operation Current/last startup type: - Automatic warm restart after backed up power on Permissibility of certain startup types: - Manual warm restart permitted - Automatic warm restart permitted Last valid operation or setting of the automatic startup type at power on: - Automatic warm restart after backed up power on Previous operating mode: STOP (internal) Requested operating mode: STARTUP (warm restart) Incoming event 06:56:19.366 AM 09/10/2021 Event 29 of 100: Event ID 16# 38C4 Distributed I/Os: station return Address of the affected DP slave: station number: 14 DP master system ID: 1 Log. base address of the DP slave: Input address: 1022 Log. base address of the DP master: 1023 Requested OB: Rack failure OB (OB86) OB not found, or disabled, or cannot be started in the current operating mode External error, Outgoing event 06:56:18.695 AM 09/10/2021 My program does not use any address mentioned in Properties - Position of CPU 314C-2DP. Moreover, as with OB86 as mentioned in Diagnostic Buffer (Event 29 of 100) I have that in Program . When I power off and on as in Event 28 of 100 the SF fault disappears and machine nun normal but after sometime repeats the same scenario. Is the CPU Faulty? Shall I change CPU or is it some other problem? Kindly Suggest. AttachmentDiagnosebuffer.zip (625 Downloads) |
