Hi All, I'm using PCS7 v8.1 with below components: CPU410-5H (6ES7410-5HX08-0AB0 V8.1), 2 CP443-1, 4 CP443-5 Ext 1 OS server 2 OS client The PLC is under commissioning stage and it was running well past 2 months, but recently one of the PLC is went to STOP mode and unable to restart back to RUN mode (via power off & on nor via operating mode in Simatic manager in ES). refer to "Event 11 of 3200" for failed restart attempt. Event 11 of 3200: Event ID 16# 530D New startup information in STOP mode Startup prevented by: - Module or submodule assignment not evaluated or evaluation aborted with errors (SDB 1,3,5,2X,9X) - STOP request exists - Cold restart or warm restart necessary Startup information: - Time for time stamp at the last backed up power on - Single processor operation Current/last startup type: - Automatic warm restart after backed up power on Permissibility of certain startup types: - Manual warm restart permitted Last valid operation or setting of automatic startup type at power on: - No startup type/following memory reset Operating mode: STOP (internal) Event occurred in the standby CPU in rack 0 Incoming event 01:00:55.388 AM 07/09/2017 (Coding: 16# 530D F004 C777 1041 0810 0700) CPU-410-5h (0) was STOP (refer to event 15 of 3200) due to IO Error Event 15 of 3200: Event ID 16# 494D STOP due to IO error No relevance for user (Z1): 9405 No relevance for user (Z2): 59ad (Z3): 802f Previous operating mode: RUN (redundant mode) Requested operating mode: STOP (internal) Event occurred in the standby CPU in rack 0 External error, Incoming event 07:11:22.362 PM 07/08/2017 (Coding: 16# 494D F094 5050 9405 59AD 802F) I don't understand what means by "No relevance for user (Z1): 9405...". The last remedy i could think off is pull out the battery in CPU (0) and power off & on again. We did tried this step and CPU (0) back to RUN mode. Anyone has experience this before? or any solution? it could be my program problem? Please refer also attached diagnostic buffer. AttachmentDiagnose2.txt (47 Downloads) |
