creatting log file

boazeventall Posts: 131 Rating: (4)	i have a s7-1200 with sd card and i have created data block that i want to save on him my data block what i need to do first ? i have read on the manual but i still dont understand were to start i insert the sd card into the plc when the cpu on stop mode no what to do?

The DB will be stored in the SD and copied to be use in CPU RAM by runtime. If, in special, if you would like to note load the DB in the CPU RAM, you should set some DB attributs (Properties tab). However, in this case, if you need to get values from this DB in your program, you will need to use Blocks to copy this DB to other one.
