Cu250S2 PN configuration problem at 1200 cpu

Hii all,

I have a project with 1212c v4.1+ 3 g120 drives equiped with Cu250SPN V4.7.3. I wanted to communicate with 3 drives same as demo which is "70155469_SINAMICS_G120_CU250S2".

I wanted to create new configuration contains one cpu and one drive (just one for starting step now) as same as demo project but it is impossible. Why? 

Let me explain with another way. Its is impossible to create a new project as same as 70155469 application. Why?

But I can not modify process image as "Cyclic PI" as demo system. Because not have at my options as you see at the attachment. Also systems constant parameters are not same.

You can see demo and my config at the same page. 

Another most important issue is why raad/wrt addresses are so far away from profinet address I256, Q256. But communication FC has an address 275 which is far away from I256 and Q256.

All are confused me. Because when I add 2 drives more, All read write addresses are conflict each other.

My portal is V13+SP1+UD6.

Do you have some detailed documentations to advise.

I wanna run the motors in closed loop speed control mode.But we wanna read/follow the torque, current, frequency, rpm, voltage values of the drives. Also status and alarm/fault infos would be nice to indicate at the display KTP700.

If you advise a similar applications, would be very helpfully.

For the other things (address conflicts etc) i was really confused. We can use PIW-PQW addresses, and system constants values. Also system constant variables are different at demo project and a new project.

Also there is no any explanation about the usage of that parameters to follow step by step.

I will try to use motion control objects as you advised.

The other important point that: I installed startdrive and can not configure close loop speed control properly. I done it but when i plug the op to the drive it is still at open loop control mode.

We forced to to use STARTER instead of startdrive. Starter is very robust and trustable then startdrive.

Installed progs are:

-Sinamics startdrive V13 SP1 Update 2

-Step7 professional V13 SP1 update 6

-TIA Portal V13 SP1 update 6

-STARTER  V4.4.1

I feel something is different from my expectation. Motion control system wanna get feedback to the PLC and control the drive from PLC. My expectation is let me connect encoder feedback to drive and send a SP only from PLC to drive.

I bought the systems to suit the close loop control of drive itself which is G120+CU250S2. 

When I add an axis to plc program it forced me to connect encoders to plc.It does not allow to use me encoders connected to the drive (why). Also there is no way to create any axis without position control (why?). I create 3 pos control axis arrange the encoders. But I could not find any way to use that config as a speed control mode.

There is only one way to connect "actual position value" as "position SP". Therefore I can hope the control loop became independent of the position and works as velocity control loop. But I am hesitating my position bypass ling became a small fluctuations at the speed.

Do you have any advise to use 3 G120+CU250S2 as closed loop speed control with a S7-1200 plc?

I try to attached my configuration which is 4.6MB inZ13 format (siemens archive format). But I can not upload it because of size and extention of file. When I try to zip program directory myself with ordinary zipping program, The size of zip file is 12MB.

There should someone change some restrictions at the forums. I don't know how can I send my configuration easily?

Take the ZAP13 file and ZIP it.
Or..
Rename the ZAP13 to ZIP and tell us when you have done so.

I remove HMI part and all archive files from the original program to minimize the size but could not satisfied to less than 4.3MB even rezipping of siemens archive file.

But I fix my problem. The communication problem at profinet drives solved with correct read write addresses as attached capture.

For the closed loop speed control: I decided to configure speed control with encoder mode via starter. And the uploading the driver config to the plc program via start drive to combine everything is the easiest way.
