Hello! Well, there are several options. But if you want to integrate all of this in the VlvMotL, then I suggest you use multi-instance faceplate technique, see attachment which is part of the APL Styleguide. This is based on APL library, but it works on classic library as well (only other variables and such). Please see the following link how to create custom APL blocks/faceplates: APL custom blocks/faceplates Other option is to use Select faceplate (SelFp1 and SelFp2), where you connect the parameter of the VlvMotL to another block such as the operating hours block. In WinCC runtime, you are able to open the faceplate of the operating hours from the faceplate of the VlvMotL (if operating hours has a faceplate). You can also create a block type. You have to create a CFC chart, where you insert the VlvMotL and all other blocks. Then you can create Chart Inputs/outputs by copying the inputs and outputs of the FB from the VlvMotL (Open the FB in the Blocks folder, where you can see all inputs and outputs). Then you will insert chart I/O based on the additional signals and finally, you can create a block type, where you have to give out a FB number and several attributes. What you have, is the VlvMotL block with additional signals in one FB, which you can then use in your faceplate. AttachmentPCS7_APL_Styleguide_en_EN_en-US (1).pdf (51 Downloads) |

Hi, Well, every technological block has some variables for external messages: ExtMsg1,2,3. Also, there are some variables for external values: ExtVa104,105,106 etc. There is also another option, but this is included in the Industry Library (Add-on which you must purchase). It's called: SelFp - Jum distributor. This allows you to connect up to 5 blocks, which can be called individually from your VlvMotL block for example. See the following Link, page 132 |
