Data Collection of S7-300 system

So I am thinking to by 1 no. Ethernet CP Card CP343-1 (6GK7343-1EX30-0XE0) for each CPU expect IM 151-8 CPU. For collection of data I am considering one central station S7 317-2 PN/DP (6ES7317-2EK14-0AB0) and it will transfer to Historian server. I have following queary. 1.Whether Connection Resources of CPU 317-2 PN/DP will support to this system. 2. Or I have to go for S7-400 CPU. Please guide me to select proper sysetm to collect data of system. Regards, Yogendra G

CPU 317-2 to One Central CPU (S7-300 or 400)? Have a Look on the How many connections and communication jobs do SIMATIC S7-300 and S7-400 support simultaneously?
