Data logging get stopped in KTP1200 HMI if access remotely

Hello Everyone,

I have KTP1200 HMI and S7-1512C-1PN PLC project in TIA15. I have configured 15 archieve tags in HMI for trends.Also alarm log is created.

I’m using smart client facility to access KTP1200 thorugh smartphone using VNC viewer. But if KTP1200 is accessed using smartphone then tag logging get stopped.As observed, table in trend window shows “###” sign in place of values.Also historical alarm window shows blank screen with clock sign in middle of window.Data logging again starts after restarting KTP1200.For data logging,I’m using USB storage of 32GB.

Smartserver settings in KTP1200 are already applied and attached.Any other settings are required??

Could you please fix this problem or something is going wrong?

Is it possible that the vnc viewer you use tries to mount the usb stick remotely to your phone so that the panel “loses” the stick.

I'm not sure.But Sometimes data logging will not stop even after access remotely.But sometime it happens.

did you have this Problems only if you use the vnc viewer?

You use a 32GB USB Stick. Are you sure that this have a release? I found only 8GB/16GB....

Actually I had try with 8GB & 16 GB USB too.Also simatic lite mobile application I had used.But same problem occurs.Data logging stopped.
