But i still have no idea what went wrong. In my first thread i said i tried a small program, and it was OK. After a frustation tried. i copy my program to my first project. and re-buil OB100. To my surprise it works. Then i tried to copy SFC5, 20, 22, 43, 46, 47, 50, 51, 58, 59, 64, 65, 66 from my first project to my second one. The redundant works. i got no error at all. may be there is something wrong with my computer. I would like to thank everybody especially JMJ who had spend your time and patient to help me out. Thank you again.

Thank you again. Dear Sulung, Can I have your 1st and small program? I am also working with a project using 2 S7-319 for redundancy.It is always have the error #8013 or #8015 and it requests to check the connection. I find nothing wrong in the connection and cable. I have trial on the program in PLCSIM and the result is same (no connection). So I want more programs as reference. Thank you very much. Best regards,

The idea is i have a input that directly control a output. when the input is on then the output is on too. then i try the redundancy. i suggest you do the same to figure out how s/w reduncant work. you could post your screen shot here, i will try to help. i donot think s/w redundant will work with plcsim.

JMJ Posts: 487 Rating: (45)	First of all PLCSIM does notsimulate send recieve kind of communication features. So you need your actualsetup tp test. What is the redundancy link? MPI, PROFIBUS or Ethernet. CPU interface or CP? What blocks are you using for send receive? When youget W#16#8013, what is the value for EXT_INFO?
