Definition of IPC2X7e

I have a IPC with what seems to be a non-standard label:  It identifies itself as a "SIMATIC IPC2X7E"

And two other larger IPCs (with expansion slot) labeled "IPC227E"...    My question is, what is the part number distinction between IPC227Es with the expansion slot and without.  What is the product called IPC2X7E?

I'm not aware of a product called IPC2X7E. The only thing I know is the Panel PC IPC277E. It uses the same hardware that IPC227E is made of, but the IPC277E has an additional display mounted.
