Hi MeeSanjay, I actually don't know where they are stored. But I know when you use Module Information and you're online you can actually see the Diagnostic Buffer and also read all the errors.You can also save all the errors you had to a text file, by means of one by one or all toghether ( as selected). So you need a Simatic Manager and Step 7 v5.x to approach your CPU or a PG. You cannot erase or delete the Diagnostic Buffer, it's a memory with n-places. Whenyou have n-errorsthe buffer is full, when therewill be one more=n+1; the first error you had will be erased and so on. I hope I could help you with your question.
