Goodmorning Neha, The AS PO means all configured objects in CFC that have the attribute s7_m_c, which means the object is generated in WinCC, such as a valve, motor, digital operator input, but also blocks which support messaging and SFC's (if you use them in WinCC). I see that you are using a CPU410. This is indicated by the two extra indicators: "Loaded to CPU" and "Limit". Because the CPU410 uses a different licensing limit than a CPU417 or CPU416, these indicators are necessary. Each 410 has a expansion card you can transfer licenses to. The maximum available means the limit. So, to explain further: You have a multiproject called UTCL_PATNA where a total of 2773 AS PO are configured. This means all AS PO in all subprojects are totalized. With each download, the system will check if PO are added or deleted and removes or adds the required PO to the CPU. The booked licenses mean that this amount is already processed. Loaded to CPU means the amount that is already present on the CPU410. In case the booked licenses are less than the "loaded to"CPU", there is insufficient licensing. This looks like your case. Do you know you can book back process objects? In case you need to change the CPU for example. Did you use some test PLC to download your project? Normally the "Booked" and the "Loaded to CPU" should be the same number.

Hi Neha, It could be that the project is downloaded to another CPU for testing purposes for example and not booked back. |
