Translation from the Portuguese text:
Olá Pescarolo; Os participantes do fórum da Siemens são de muitos países e muitos não entendem português. Para facilitar o entendimento entre os membros, escolhemos o inglês como idioma de intercâmbio. Por favor, tente escrever em inglês na sua próxima visita. Hello Pescarolo; Participants in the Siemens forum come from many countries, and many do not understand Portuguese. To make understanding easier between members we have chosen English as an interchange language. Please try to write in English on your next visit. Have you rempoved all references (cleaned) of Step 7 in the Registry of your PC? The issue of compatibility between Step 7 and DIGSI 4 has been discussed often on the forum, over the years, for example look at navnag's first reply in this thread: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/WW/en/posts/which-version-of-digsi-for-step-7-5-5-sp4/112725 It seems that if you have the right version of DIGSI 4 and the right version of Step 7 together they can be nstalled on the same PC. So we need to know which vrsions of both softwares you are trying to install, Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
