Disabling V & B axis from screen

ŠΜS Silver Member Joined: 6/7/2010 Last visit: 2/3/2023 Posts: 569 Rating: (37)	Hello All, In our HBM we are using 840D, PCU50 with HT6,controlling 9 axis , In that Rotaty table , B is rotary axis & V is Linear axis,. I need to Disable B & V axis by selecting the selector switch.Disabling means B & V axis should not display in the screen . Regards, Muthamizh

SteveA Posts: 297 Rating: (41)	You can hide an axis from the display using the DISPLAY_AXIS parameter, MD20098. Setting it to 0 will hide the axis in all modes. If this does what you want, you can use FB3 in the PLC to change the value of this parameter when necessary. HTH, SteveA
