Well, to my knowledge, that will depend on the family of AB CPUs you are working with. Controllogix and Compactlogix CPUs (programmed with RSLogix 5000) do not have input and output image tables, and do not even have a standard scan cycle.Inputs and outputscan be configured to be updated at different cycle times if required, based on ControlNet settings. Whereas the older SLC and PLC5 CPUs have a set scan cycle and input/output image tables. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
