"Download has failed due to missing panel image." after upgrading the program to TIA 17

Hi guys, im having troubles with TIA PORTAL V17. I have a KTP700 Basic 6AV2 123-2GB03-0AX0 with TIA 16 on it, but when I upgrade the program to TIA 17 and try to download the program on the TP, this error "Download has failed due to missing panel image" appears and I cant upgrade the TP. I install on my computer the SIMATIC_WinCC_Panel_Images_V17 and I see I have on C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V17\Data\Hmi\Transfer\17.0\Images I have a folder with this KTP700.fwf so I don't know how I can solve this problem... Hello Carmendomar95 If you install TIa V17 then the Panel Images are not included in main DVD. you have to install the DVD3 with the V17 Panel images If you have already then you will have only the V17 PAnel Files but not older files. Here there is a DVD 4 with Panel legacy images!! LINK Here are the Images <V17 included. After that also the Transfer with a smaller IMage Version should work. Bye Murof |
