Dynamically changed offset of Variant data type

I use the MB_MASTER instruction (Modbus RTU) and I would like to send data from the DB with a various offset. For example P#DB1.DBX[MW0].0 INT 10. Is it possible? I use TIA Portal v11 SP2, LAD and S7-1200 Thanks for reply

The Variable "VARIANT" points to the address of DB- or of marker-variables for reading or writing access.
