I have already tried with Windows firewall off and disabled anti virus(McAfee). |

hi, check if Windows services are not started. Have a look in the Windows-services and check if the SIMATIC S7DOS-help-service is started. You can try to reinitial your interfaces. this FAQ may help you: How do you generally parameterize the PG/PC interface and how do you ensure that the device driver can be selected and is visible? regards |

hi Kicken, are you connected directly to the CPU? If not, have a try and connect directly. In case of no success, try an repair installation of your engineering SW or install the Simatic Automation Tool. It contains another little Programm, that fixes such problems. hope this helps, regards, |
