Hi well can i ask you why you require electronic signature, because the same is used in F & B application, I could only find for HMI application, i hope that it can give you some idea. Link1 you will have to write the code in global script, so that the code run on and on. Have fun... |

Well, My Customer wants to log all the events done by operator in form of Alarms. So i think it could be done with Electronic Signature. |

Hello Amit_86, sorry, that link didn't work. There are some problems using MDM (My Documentation Manager) at the moment. If I test it in office it works without problems, but it doesn't work in your case. I have already informed moderators of forum. Until there isn't found a reason/solution I can only give youlink to complete manual, without using MDM. Please look at chapter: Structure of User Administration>WinCC Options for Administrators> Option SIMATIC Logon>How to configure an electronic signature (and the following documents) Best regards Bizur |

Hi, the theme "Electronic Signature" is very complex. One part cloud be to sign the action if you are acknowledging a message ((http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/52329908) or it cloud be necesary that one or more persons mus signed an operation (e.g. a change of a set point, starting a batch, release the next next, ...). As far as I know the colleagues from the WinCC Competence Center Mannheim have made s demo project the this case.Please contact them directly (winccaddon.automation@siemens.com) Greetings Michel |
