Daniiel Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Helo, I have a problem with a DMC63V with SIEMENS 810D: 1. from the beginning the head was falling on Z axis ( on manual as well on program) but we could restart the machine, I mean :tools distroyed , parts too, but we could move again the machine after restart; 2. Last time we could not move on Z; we can move on X and Y smoothly but on Z + was impossible and on Z- was possible but with some noise, so we did not continued; 3. we get allarm 25080; 4. when push RESET , allarms are deleted, we can push again the push buttons - we can hear that motors try to move but after a short period it stops with allarm 25080 5. during the period of pushing RESET the Z is switching from +286 to -114 for example; X and Y display the same values, only Z is changing when pushing RESET; 6. when trying to move with small incremment - the display Z value is changing but only for few 0.01...mm to 0.1 mm and in short time it stops; I will appreciate yours help, Thanks and Regards, Daniiel

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 12/31/2023 Posts: 8092 Rating: (878)	Hello, If the actual positioning value is not reached within values specified in MD 36000 & 36010 within specified time delay mentioned in MD 36020, this alarm is displayed. So please check these values. Or since you mentionedhead falls on Z axis, please check for any damage to Z axis motor or else check encoder cable.

Daniiel Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	and , the value display on Z 286 is not correct, at this momment we have a distance between the head and the table of about 150 mm, ( the head continues to fall few mm when start machine); as mentioned before, when press reset we have on Z - 146 +-

Or try to reference your axis properly and take the tool offsets and check... Regards, Prakash
