Daniiel Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	gain 0,6 - no change; one step forward : - we could move the head by manual revolve the ball screw MENTION : the screw revolve with special IMBUS Key , on the screw is a wheel and on the motor too, connected with a belt; but the belt do not move and the wheels dont move too; the head is moving OK; -we free the ball screw from the head by disconnecting the nut from the head; manual very easy moving - so it is not a problem of that mechanism; no change if we want to do it on jog; I do not have a lay out of the coupling the wheel with the screw, I dont know how I can check the motor by desabling the brakes; I will check the cables too, I have a problem to disconnect the brake cable because the screw i sdammaged- I make a special key - hope to succeed; I will keep informed;

Daniiel Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	many thanks for yours help: 1. we checked mecahnical - no faults; we connected the brake to a 24 V source and motor on Z was revolving smoothly manual activated; encoder displayed correct information of displacement; we could supose Z encoder OK; 2. we connected encoder Z to X on CPU; we connected X on Z; we connected the power suply Z on X and X on Z; we connected the brake to 24 V, the head free from servomotor on Z; jog on X ( in fact Z motor and encoder connected to X power and CPU ) - working perfect; jog on Z ( in fact X motor and encoder connected to Z power and CPU) - not working, same error as before on Z 25040, etc; we thinck is the module LT_module power supply; once again thanks for yours support, have a nice evening, Daniiel

It is mainly to check & confirm the healthiness of IGBT module. Please checkfor anyunbalance in resistance, since from the nature of problem, it is sure that there is no short circuit in IGBT.
