Error in WINCC about drive D445 with out any fault

Hi,Dear Actually there is a problem in our production line about the D445 and so many time,it is occur and result to stop the line.now I explain the problem: the CU of sinamics drive (D445),some time is out of ready,while the every thing is ok,and the line is inoperation.itmeans the drive go to not healthy in HMI system with out every fault or problem in the drive.and because the drive D445 is in communication with the PLC ,by profibus,the PLC person check it and say the OFF3 and DRIVE HEALTHY BIT is loosed.now I need to your help for solving this problem.and it must be mentioned that when I restarting the drive from power supply(power of the D445 off and ON again),the problem solved with out any manipulation on the panel and it's wiring.I am waiting for your help. best regard electrical engineer mohsen bagheri |
