Hello everybody i'm facing a problem with the SFC14 and SFC15 blocks i'm using for my project S7 300 CPU 313C-2DP and wago I/O system 750-333 16*6 inputs and 16*3 output with the 16IN and 16OUT of the CPU and for read and writ data i'm using SFC14 and SFC15 blocks but i got an error message 8090 that i try to resolve without succeed I checked the help ofSFC14/15 but i can't define exactly where is the problem as you can see in the attachement i did exactly as the wago manual say (http://www.wago.com/wagoweb/documentation/app_note/a1008/a100800e.pdf),and i don't know if i did mistakes i hope if you can help me with that and thank you

Hello k-rhym, Why not directly use the inputs and outputs? And it is possible that your CPU313C 2DP have a 256 Byte of merker maximum try to reduce this number below of MB255 last merker M255.7 Have a look: 6ES7313-6CG04-0AB0 - Industry Mall - SiemensRead under Data areas and their retentivity Flag Number, max 256 Byte |

Hello, Just to add an additional piece of information: It is obvious, and also mentioned in the manual from manufacturer(see the attached file), that access to simple modules are done by load and transfer or MOVE function.Normally ,data from complex modules like gateways consists of more than 4 bytes , automatically HW Config assign data out of process image for them and SFC14.15 can be used in their cases without any error. I hope this helps, hdhosseini Attachment1.rar (307 Downloads) |

Hello Ste39 first of all thank you for answering me you are absolutely right i already used the 256 bytes of the CPU 313C-2DP but i changed the 313C-2DP with the 315-2DP in the HW to get 2048 bytes and tried again and still got the same error message see the attachment please and thank you Attachmenterror.rar (294 Downloads) |

Hello again, I checked your project and the programmer used the outputs on your slaves in network 7 of FC4 and also inputs are used numerously in your program like bits. For binary signal of your modules, they are treated exactly the same way that modules on the main rack is treated. A sample in STL can be provided if you want to test your CPU<-->Slave connection. In this case be sure that the I/O connection to filed devices are not connected for inadvertent actions on actuators.
I think this is the easiest section for configuration and programming on a PROFIBUS DP network.I suggest you use the following gsd file for a gateway for using SFC14/15 to access data from/to it . SPI 3 GSD file (Device Database Files, Release 19) I hope this helps, hdhosseini |
