Error when download to plc

I am facing error when i want to download configured cpu to plc.what is the probably mistake?

what about tell us for first:

CPU exact order number (firmware)

TIA full version (SPs, Updates)

PC Adapter version

It can be maybe better for start here... in other case you need check exactly what devices you have now on network because you select MPI 1 device for download, it can be in this case HMI. I recommend (ifyou don't know exactly) unplug HMI and connect only direct to PLC, then you can know what MPI address it has and problem can be clear.

 I unplug HMI and connect only direct to plc but it did not answar ....
