Bonacho Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I have a problem whith 8 slaves (ET200), there are conect to DP Profibus whith a CPU416-2DP, and all of them have a fault of power module but no signs in the ET, all the bits are true, there are generate by SFC 13 and the RET_VAL is 35. Thanks

PTpower Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	RET_VAL gives you a error code which means something, in youre case this means Range Length error when writting a parameter , you're parameter is to long hopefully this help u

Bonacho Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	i find it, i think the acess to the RECORD is make whith 64 bytes(is the registry that i have), than, therange length is great or equal than the 64bytes, so the first 64 bytes are tranfered to the desteniand the others are ajustable to the data and set the bits. well, now i have to enlarge the registry, that's it? Thank you.

See the documentation "Help onStandard and System Functions S7-300 and S7-400" , topic Evaluating Errors with Output Parameter RET_VAL. Did you increase the size and did it work?

Bonacho Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Well, i have increase the size off the RECORD, and nothing, i call the SFC13 alone or whith one slave and OK, but after that, i puts all the slaves and the error coming again, i make a backup and i make a reset in the EPROM all the errors ERR_PWR_FLT1 are disapear, and he puts the error ERR_IO_FLT1, after that the errors off Power Fault coming back and the IO_FLT disapears. I think i'm going change all the cards.
