ET200S-Count24V How to enable with TIA?

I have problem to enable reading with a 24V/100kHz Count module on ET200S connected by profibus to a CPU314C-2DP. With normal S7 I set one bit directly in the PAW of the module. How can I do this with TIA portal? If I try to write PAW200 i get "%AW200:P", is this correct? Anyway don't work! Thank you for help!
