ET200SP not getting proper value

Hi I am using the same module 6ES7134-6JF00-0CA1 WITH base unit (6ES7193-6BP00-0DA0)

I have connected thermocouple J type sensor. But I am not getting proper value. The value goes increasing even at room temperature.

Can anybody tell the solution to this problem.??
