EXTERNAL ENCODER statussensor.state = 1 WAITING FOR VALID PROBLEM

With S7-1516 PLC FW V2.6 TO_ExternalEncoder V4.0 in plc program, after profinet loss or 24v power-off-on on encoder side, TO_DB statussensor.state = 1 - "WAITING_FOR_VALID" stock. I tried even mc_reset with restart_active situation is same. Profinet communication is ok, even statussensor.control = true and tel83 tags g1_xist1 readable. There is no error messages on cpu or encoder side, i tried cpu stop > run nothing changed, couldn't set state = 2. After some configuration change for example, automatic data exchange for encoder values and download program to cpu, it's possible to read actual position value again.

By the way we use TR electronic CEV582M with gsdml C_EPN2 Absolute Rotary Encoder tel83.

Encoder settings on hw side and TO side you may see attached images to zip file.

Need your help on this case, maybe to config / settings are not right.

Tel-83 TIA template for in/out data doesn't match to encoder interface, some bits at control word/status word byte order is reverse. So i didn't used preservo and postservo tasks or correct data transfer between plc to <> pn encoder. But i think lifebeat / masterofsign <> masterofslave bits doesn't work correctly thats why after profinet lose / power lose it is not possible to reset and continue operation.

So for this project we'll use classical method get_pn_io / set_pn_io to use encoder, it's not necessary to use external encoder to for this case because there isn't any syncronization functionality needed.
