Hello, F0022 - Hardware monitoring active. Please refer MICROMASTER 4 (MM440): What is the cause of fault F0022 on the inverter? FAQ for more detail information. So it could be that in your case supply cable I.R. might be low or any abnormality (short circuit or cable insulation damage etc. etc.) which would have triggered the problem. |

Abhi The problem could be with the output cable, or its condition. The output of the inverter drive could be in the order of 1.3kV, the dv/dt 1.2kV in 0.38microseconds; it is the rise time of the Voltage pulse which will 'search out' a weakness in the cable. Cable condition can be down to ambient conditions, moisture or temperature, or poor connections, to both screen, power connections, cable length, and capacitance. I have attached a ppt of measurements I have taken from an installation, some time ago but still valid I believe. The inverter drive produces an extremely aggressive supply, both motor windings and cable structure are under some stress when compared to a 3 phase sinusoidal supply.
