F07990 fault, motor sounds weird

hello,

I'm having problems with one asynchonous motor, when I try to run it, i get this error:

F07990 Drive: incorrect motor data identification (190)

as far as i know my speed setpoint is 0 but anyway, how can i change this value to 0??

I have sinamics s120 with CU 320-2

yes, I have gone through the identification step by step. I'm pretty sure that the motor noise is because of the bad parameters of the controller.

I have a motor parameter list for sinamics so the only thing that might be is all the controller parameters and close loop calculation that the starter does do when I do motor comissioning.

what I should do in order to parametrize well this motor?

The fault is fairly self evident

Did you save RAM to ROM?  Did you actually follow the commissioning instructions?.

thats my problem, i follow all steps during the commissioning and of course i do RAM to ROM and the noise remains there. i'm bit desperate with this noise.
