F60036 on SINAMICS DCM

Dear Expert,

1200Amp SINAMICS DCM drive is used for 874Amp motor for rolling mill application. For load condition drives working ok but when drive operate on noload condition drive trip with F60036 and Fault code 1 (r949).


Someone can Help me about this fault.

Does the speed oscillatearound the set point? How much?
Wich isyour setting forKp (p50225) and Tn (p50226) of thespeed loop?
Wich isyour setting forKp (p50155) and Tn (p50156) ofthe current loop?

When no load operation, does the current set point oscillatebetween positive and negative values?

I have exacty the same problem. My aplication is a hoist in a crane but the problem is the same. When I raise the full load it works but when I only hoist the wires load I get  a F60036 fault. 

I answer the questions from Mr Mata with a trace of the parameters he ask for. This shows the operation from slow speed at half speed. Full speed is 1750 rpm.

Does the speed oscillate around the set point? How much? I don't think so, see the trace, please.

When no load operation, does the current set point oscillate between positive and negative values?I don't think so, see the trace, please.

I have solved similar problem in Hoist.

If you are using motor with field weakening and your field weakening is not activated and you are running more then rated speed then this fault will generated, In this case your EMF will be very high due to high speed.

Check field weakening is activated if running more then rated.

I guess when on full load it will not go to full speed. normally rated speed and maximum speed will be different check. 

Try to do Field Current and Field weakening tuning, and test
