Hi to all , I'm back to this problem ...has been trying to solve it for a couple of days but unsuccesfully . Shortly : 1. driver SC6508-4AA2 controlls spindle motor 1PH6167-4CF0 ( approx.37kW) 2. time by time, accidentally F81 error comes , it does not matter if motor is in a stop or run state. (it works for 2 hours , then makes errors 4-5 times in a short time for example) 3. the error causes a fault stop for the machine - (PLC error 10 spindle driver not ready) 4. by pressing P button ( 3-1 page of manual ) , error sometimes dissapears , sometimes I need to press more times , sometimes error stays for a longer time . after pressing P , according to 3-6 page and "Significance of 4 display digit" , driver starts some procces to accept the error and if the problem does not exist goes to ready state . If everythings is ok , I can see on fourth digit sequence of : 5 ..... 4 .... finishing with 2 - this state is OK operator can reset PLC 10 error and start the spindle motor sometimes it stays only in 5 [enable signal for supply gating is missing] when F81 is there , DC link falls to zero while P 006 diagnostic menu shows approx. 160V which is a basic supply for power board of the driver ( 3 phase transformer 3 x 120V with rectifier ) Remedy for F 81 is : U1 board or G02 defective , we already replaced them by good ones - it did not help , everything is the same. I already replaced all capacitors in power module G01. When observing what is the reason of overvoltage ( driver is set to 600V DC link voltage) I used P006 parameter to see what is the real voltage on the DC bus and external digital meter to compare results of "driver's measuring" and my measuring . I can say the different was very small 1 or 2 volts , all results of measuring almost same. Motor stopped : DC link : approx. 570V run : 600V I have never seen in a time of F81 that DC link went to 610V for example .... According to schematics of manual , [in my case AC main spindle drive power section 80A manual ] I disconnected X15 conector ( 2 transistors that work to pump up DC link higher than 550V or to help to brake the motor) I could see : Motor stopped : DC link : approx. 570V run 550V with disconnected X15 did not work step up convereter and braking of the motor ( after stop , motor stopped with an inertia ) Even in this time error F81 appeared , sometimes dissapeared immediatelly (by pressing P ) sometimes not . So , could anybody tell something to this case ? Should we order another boards ? or a new driver ? cause the prizes of spare boards can reach the prize of driver .... Is it a mistake of sensing circuit of the driver ? Or a wrong function of the control board with microproccesor ?
