Failure of master CPU 417 - 4HT

Turning off the power of one half of the controller did not help to return it to work. Only the removal from the rack led to a stand-up in the work. For what reason this can occur? If the diagnose buffer information is not enough, then the 400 cpu saves the DEFECT information in memory and support can help read this out and hopefully they can see something from this. Regards
