FAQ 109754400 HMI Options + with card Reader RF1060R

I've got a problem using the example project of FAQ 109754400 "HMI options +" using Card Reader RF1060R. I'm using the automatic login and logout autentification (whitout any keyboard input).

if I place the tag against the RFID reader, I get 95% wrong readings. Status "user not available". On the other hand, if I place the tag 10mm apart from the player, I get 95% good readings. 

The plastic holder for the tag does not allow this spacing. Do you have any solution?
