FDI24xDC24V entire card passivates

We have a CPU 317F-2 PN/DP with some FDI24xDC24V safety input cards. We have sometimes the problem that we get a lot of passivate errors on all channels at the same time. The setting of the card is:

Behaviour after channel fault: passivate the channel

There are even channels that are not connected and in the settings it is not activated.

How is it possible that the entire card passivates? do we need to replace the card?

maybe there is a problem on the backplane-bus, or the 24VDC-supply is missing or there is a problem with the communication of CPU and F-DI.

Have you checked the diagnostic buffer, when the failure appears? Export it and share it with us, so we can tell you more.

can you printscreen settings of this card ?
Have you disactivated the unused channels in hw config ?

And also please check your F monitoring time (more info @ Safety Engineering in Simatic S7  - p135 )
